TOOLS
- Duct Tape
- Scissors
- Shoe Box
- Ruler
*Decorations (stickers, flowers, etc.)*
DIRECTIONS
Take 2 rolls of duct tape. Line the floor of the shoe box with 1 color, then the sides on the inside of the box with the other color. Then do the same color as you did with the floor of the shoe box for the lid. Do the outside sides of the box with the same color you did as the inside sides of the box, to match. You are finished, after you did all that, unless you want to add some decorations. I know that the way that I explained the directions is kind of confusing, so here is an example for what I mean:
EXAMPLE
-Leopard on inside sides of box and outside sides of box
-Pink on floor of shoe box (aka the bottom of the shoe box, where you will place all of your stuff) and also pink on the lid.
That's the best that I could explain it. Sorry if you can't understand!
Note: use the ruler to measure the amount of tape that you need.
Pencil Jar
TOOLS
- Mason Jar
- Scissors
- Duct Tape
- Pencils (to put in your pencil jar when you're finished!)
Take 2 rolls of duct tape.Take 1 roll of duct tape and rap it around the mason jar until the mason jar is completely covered with that duct tape. Cut the end off with your scissors. Next, take another roll of duct tape and wrap it around the top of the mason jar. Cut the end of with your scissors. Finally, put your pencils in your pencil jar, and your fun craft is finished!
Note: you don't need the lid
DIY Mason Jar Glitter Light
TOOLS
- Mason Jar
- Glitter
- Glow Sticks
- Scissors or a Knife
DIRECTIONS
Put your mason jar down. I don't care where it is, I'm suggesting a table, but you can set it anywhere. After you've set it down, make your glow sticks glow by snapping them. After they're all glow-y, cut them with the scissors or knife so they break open and the liquid comes out. Pour the liquid into the mason jar. Fill it half way by repeatedly snapping and breaking open glow sticks. Then pour some glitter in there. Put the lid on the mason jar and shake it. Keep the lid on there or don't. Your craft has been made!
